St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery Proudly Supports Auction Napa Valley

by St. Supery on May 29, 2012

Over the last 32 years, Auction Napa Valley has raised more than one hundred million dollars to support Napa Valley non-profits in the health, education, and youth sectors. Last year, $6.85 million dollars were distributed to non-profit organizations aiding Napa Valley communities from American Canyon to Calistoga.

This year, nonprofit organizations like Rianda House, Napa Emergency Women’s Services (NEWS), Clinic Ole, and Sister Ann Dental Clinic, are looking for your help at Auction Napa Valley. You can pledge your support by bidding on any of the 150 out-of-this-world online auction lots donated by local wineries, restaurants, and retailers. For more information about these charities, check out Napa Valley Vintner’s blog, “Unfiltered.”

Bidding begins May 27th at Noon: Auction Napa Valley – Online Auction

We, of course, have a fondness for e-Auction Lot #315, “Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Round-up.

St. Supéry is donating a private tour of our Dollarhide Estate Vineyard for 12 people. The highest bidder and his or her 11 guests will join St. Supéry’s winemaker Michael Scholz and CEO Emma Swain for an exclusive tour of the Dollarhide property (an experience not offered to the general public). At Dollarhide, you will explore more than 500 acres of planted vines and 1,000 acres of unbridled natural land filled with wildlife and thriving ecosystems of flora and fauna. And don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for the resident bald eagle while you’re on the property!

After your tour of the property you’ll be treated to a barbecue lunch paired with St. Supéry Estate wines under an enormous oak tree overlooking the largest of the seven lakes. Then, head back to the winery in Rutherford for a vertical tasting of Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Once you and your guests have tasted all the wines, each guest can choose their favorite vintage and take home a bottle.
