Wine Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, we are only able to ship wine to states that allow direct shipment. In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult may receive by direct shipment. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please click here to see if your state is a Direct State, Non-Direct State or a No-Ship State.

Shipping Information

Shipping Address:To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that orders be sent to a business address where an individual (over 21 years of age) is available to sign for the order. Regardless of shipping method, all wine shipments must be signed for by someone over 21 years of age. Use the links below to navigate to specific information about our privacy policy.

Orders placed after 1:00pm PST are processed and shipped the following business day depending on volume of orders and extreme weather conditions.

Shipping & handling charges are noted during the check-out process. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Golden State Overnight, unless Next Day, 2 or 3-Day Air service is specified when the order is placed. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days with the exception that Saturday delivery occurs only for California shipments and most shipping locations in Nevada.

  • UPS Ground: 2-6 business days depending on location
  • UPS Next Day: Delivered on the next business day after the order is shipped (orders placed after 1:00 PST typically ship on the next business day)
  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
  • UPS 3-Day: 3 business days

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

Multiple Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.

Summer Months & Heat Advisory

We recommend shipping via 2nd Day or Next Day Air during summer months. During extreme heat we will hold orders until cooler weather prevails, unless otherwise instructed. During hot weather (90 degrees or above), we will not ship wine orders in order to preserve the quality of the wine and ensure that it arrives to you in premium condition. Wine shipments will resume as soon as the weather becomes cooler.
