Cancellation Policy


St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery thanks you for reserving a special experience here at the winery. We very much look forward to your visit. Please be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place for reserved tastings, tours, Interactive Wine Classes, and events.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy For All Reservations

St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy for reservations. Changes and cancellations made to any reservation must be received no less than 24 hours in advance of your visit. If you miss or cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $15 per person. A “reservation” is defined as any advanced booking.

By acknowledging that you have read and understand the St. Supéry 24 Hour Cancellation Policy, you agree to a one-time fee of $15 per person on the credit card used to secure your reservation if you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. 1 Week Cancellation Policy For All Events

St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery has a 1 week cancellation policy for all catered events. Cancellations made to any reservation made for a catered event must be received no less than 1 week from the date of the event. If you do not show up for the catered event, or cancel with less than 1 week notice, you will be charged the full price of admission to the event.

By acknowledging that you have read and understand the St. Supéry 1 Week Cancellation Policy for all events, you agree to a one-time fee of the price of admission to the event on the credit card used to secure your reservation if you miss the event or cancel with less than 1 week notice.
