St. Supery makes rich, complex, yet approachable Napa Valley wines that feature the outstanding fruit from our estate vineyards first, and winemaking influences second. St. Supery’s trademark varietals are Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. We make several smaller lots of terrific wines, several of which are only available directly through the winery.

| St. Supéry Élu meritage
red and Virtú Napa Valley wines are blends of classic Bordeaux
grape varieties, crafted from estate-grown fruit by St. Supery Winemaker Michael Beaulac.
Produced in small volumes, these limited release wines are complex, elegant and silky, well balanced
and ageworthy, yet with soft tannins and rich mouthfeel. |

More on Michael Beaulac...
He developed an interest in wine while working in the restaurant
industry in Portland, Maine. In 1989 Michael moved to California's

to winemaker. After eight years of crafting Zinfandel and Pinot
Noir wines, Michael was recognized by a prestigious Napa Valley
winery, Markham Vineyards. For four years, his responsibilities
included winemaking, vineyard management and production of all Markham
brands, including Glass Mountain Quarry and La Jota.
Michael Beaulac joined St. Supéry Vineyards & Winery
in November 2001. As the leader of the winemaking team, Michael
is responsible for the entire portfolio of St. Supéry wines;
, developing blends for the Napa Valley, Meritage and Limited Edition
| Estate wines and managing the production staff. He also works
closely with St. Supéry’s vineyard manager to assure
that our vineyards produce great wine, not just grapes.
Beaulac holds a Bachelor Degree in U.S. History from the University
of Vermont. Michael resides in Santa Rosa with his wife Cathay and two children, Eric and Esther. In his free time Michael can
be found on the ski slopes in Lake Tahoe with his family.
