Florida Gulf Black Grouper is our most popular dish & we pair it with St. Supery Napa Valley Estate Sauvignon Blanc. Our chef prepared it tonight with lemon infused risotto, roasted asparagus, blistered cherry tomato vinaigrette, topped with local crab Blue Crab meat and garnished with almond pesto. We are extremely supportive of the Gulf Black Groupe Ban and do not offer Black Groupe for 2 months out of the year to help long-term sustainability of stock.
