Join us for our annual estate luncheon series featuring The Big Green Egg. Enjoy wine and food pairings prepared entirely on the Big Green Egg kamado grill by our Estate Chef Vince Sanchez. Each event features a different focus meat, seafood or poultry paired with our latest wine releases. Event includes wine pairings and lunch, grilling demonstration, and a Big Green Egg Gift Bag. We look forward to hosting you beginning in June.
June 14th – Blue Foods Sea Fare
Explore the vast variety of our ocean’s bounty through a blue foods themed lunch to include a variety of seafood and local produce all paired with the latest St. Supéry wine releases.
July 19th – Summer Grilling featuring Sakura Wagyu
Gain insights into wine and beef pairings while learning more about American Wagyu Beef from our friends at Sakura. Learn grilling techniques for meat and fresh summer season vegetables.
August 16th – Estate Garden Bounty
Taste the bounty of our estate garden and fruit orchard. Guests will explore a variety of grilling techniques and wine pairing tips. The main course will incorporate fish to complement a summer al fresco gathering. Vegetarian option available.
September 20th – Fall Fowl Feast
A feast of fowl to great fall on the grill. Chef Vince Sanchez will create a variety of dishes using duck, guinea hen and quail complementing the latest fall wine releases and estate garden vegetables.
October 18th – Thanksgiving Celebration
Gather for a pre-holiday season luncheon to learn tips and tricks when preparing grilled turkey as well as insightful twists on sides to delight your family and friends. Raise a glass to harvest with the latest wine releases and plan your holiday celebrations.
$150 per person, plus tax and a 20% service fee.
