Recipe Contest Finalists Announced

The 2024 Great Sustainable Seafood Recipe Contest four finalists have been chosen.

Butter Seared Monkfish in Citrus and Vadouvan Beurre Blanc with Braised Fennel – Lynn Albright
Seared Tuna Tannato with Puttanesca Salsa and Fried Capers – Brier Neel
SoCal Bistro Scallops – Margee Berry
Pistachio-Limon Pan Seared Sablefish – Emily Jenkins

Each finalist will have a chance to win a trip to the Napa Valley, a Big Green Egg™ MiniMax Grill, or All Clad™ cookware. Judging of each dish will commence on August 7, 2024. Best of luck to our four finalists. Winners and the People’s Choice award winner will be announced on the afternoon of August 7th by St. Supery Estate Chef Vince Sanchez.
