This bright and refreshing rosé has vibrant pink and purple hues and aromas of raspberry and strawberry complemented by hibiscus and rose petal. Cranberry, pomegranate, and watermelon flavors follow on the palate and lead to a mouthwatering finish.
After achieving the desired flavors on the vine, the fruit was harvested in the cool morning hours in an effort to preserve the delicate flavors. Upon receiving in the cellar, the fruit was both hand and optically sorted then left on skins for a few hours to achieve the lovely pale pink color and elegant fruit flavors. All fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to maintain and enhance the natural flavors. The final blend was completed soon thereafter to capture the delicate youthful aromas and flavors that we see in this rosé.
