1/2 C Fine Ground Coffee
¼ C Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon-ground
2 Tbl Pimenton Dulce-smoked sweet paprika
2 Tbl Sugar-Granulated
¼ C Sea Salt
1 Tbl Black Pepper-fresh ground
Combine all ingredients to mix well. Store in air tight container or spice jar. Rub this spice mixture evenly over steaks, pork, lamb with Rutherford Estate Vineyard Merlot.
