Ingredients

Single Serving

2 Dashes Orange Bitters (Regan’s or Angostura)
1.5 oz Spirit of St Supéry (Brandy)
0.5 oz Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
0.5 tsp Maple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5  oz Orange Juice

1 Liter Batch

16 Dashes Orange Bitters (Regan’s or Angostura)
12 oz Spirit of St Supery (Brandy)
5 oz Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
4.5 oz Maple Syrup
4.5 oz Lemon Juice
4.5 oz Orange Juice
8 oz Chilled Water (since it won’t be shaken over ice)

Instructions

Single Serving

Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, seal and and shake vigorously, When you see frost on the outside of the shaker, keep going for a bit longer to both chill and properly dilute the drink.

Strain with a hawthorn strainer into an Old Fashioned glass over a single large ice cube.

Garnish with a dried orange wheel slice or dried persimmon slice either directly onto the drink. As an alternative, affix garnish to the side of the glass with a mini-clip.

1 Liter Batch

Combine all ingredients into a glass 1-liter container, shake and refrigerate until cold.

Serve in an Old Fashioned glass over ice (1 large cube recommended)
