St. Supery Shaken & Sitrred: Rutherford Dust

St. Supery Shaken & Stirred


– 1.5-oz St. Supéry Rutherford Cabernet Franc
– 0.5-oz French Sweet Vermouth
– 3 dashes aromatic bitters
– frozen grape or cocktail cherry
– fresh sage leaf
– orange peel

– smoking cloche or box


1. Combine all ingredients into cocktail mixing glass, add ice and stir well

2. Strain over large square or round ice cube in to old fashioned glass

3. Garnish with grape or cherry wrapped in sage leaf & orange peel

4. Place drink in to smoking box and infuse with smoke

5. Remove & enjoy!
