St. Supery Shaken & Stirred: St. Supery Sour

Single Serving

  • Ingredients:
  • – 2-oz AJD Spirit of St. Supéry Brandy
  • – 1/2-oz lime juice
  • – 1/2-oz Meyer lemon juice
  • – 3/4-oz Estate Moscato syruu
  • – 1 egg white (may omit)
  • – 1/2-oz St. Supéry Estate Rutherford Petit Verdot
  • – orange zest
  • – grapes (for garnish)
  • 1. Combine brandy, citrus juices, Moscato syrup, and egg white in shaker
  • 2. Dry shake/shake well without ice (may omit if egg white is omitted)
  • 3. Add ice, shake well again
  • 4. Double-strain into a cocktail glass
  • 5. Gently add the red wine so that it floats atop the foam
  • 6. Zest the orange over the cocktail
  • 7. Add grapes on pick to garnish
