Unique in-home experiences accessible to anyone on the first two Thursdays of each month with experts in home gardening, sustainable seafood, cooking, farming and winemaking
Rutherford, CA (March 2, 2021) — St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery continues its commitment to stay connected by launching a year-long series of live, lifestyle programs which will be broadcast from the Napa Valley several times each month throughout 2021.
“While the winery is again open for in-person visits, the virtual wine tastings that re-launched last year with the start of the pandemic are now a permanent part of the St. Supéry experience,” said CEO Emma Swain who moderates many of the sessions. “We have a robust calendar of virtual events, both educational and entertaining, planned for 2021. Our live Napa Valley lifestyle programs are broadcast on the first two Thursdays of every month through December, featuring experts that will entertain and inspire you.”
Each program is free to join and available to anyone with online or streaming access. The “My Wine, My Garden” themed series commences this week sharing the talents of Estate Horticulturist, Brianne Hoover. Education has long been a signature at St. Supéry, every month, winery leaders will bring a slice of the Napa Valley to wine enthusiasts around the country with a dynamic, entertaining and informative program. A range of topics from backyard gardening, grilling, sustainable seafood, Napa Valley harvest 2021, to holiday entertaining will be explored.
With a focus upon a singular wine in each live broadcast, a winemaker will discuss how it is made, share real-time vineyard updates, and Estate Chef, Tod Kawachi will give a cooking demonstration along with tips and dishes to pair with that wine. Recipes and wine selections will be announced in advance. For those wishing to taste and cook along at home, St. Supéry wines are available nationwide; click here to find wines near you. The winery also offers convenient two or four-bottle tasting kits.
A tasting kit purchase comes with tasting notes, tasting tools, recipes and the dedicated Zoom link which offers attendees unique access to the winemakers, chef and winery team in addition to the engaging content. The shows will air live at 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time while being simulcast on St. Supéry’s Facebook and Instagram pages, and archived at YouTube.com/stsupery for on-demand viewing.
