From April 30th, our weekly virtual tastings focus on sustainable seafood, led by Estate Chef Tod Kawachi and featuring guest chefs, seafood purveyors, aquaculture specialists and other engaging personalities in a dynamic 40-minute format.

Each Thursday afternoon, Chef Kawachi will offer a recipe paired with one wine from a 6-pack tasting kit.  Learn technique tips and pairing suggestions in an interactive session.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Sauvignon Blanc - $22 (SRP)

This radiant Sauvignon Blanc presents with pale straw yellow with hints of green hues. Pristine estate fruit is showcased on the nose, where this wine gives generously of pink grapefruit and lime citrus aromas with a subtle thread of green guava and fennel. In the cellar, minimal intervention yields a vivid expression of freshness on the palate with flavors of grapefruit and lime zest zinging through the finish to create a wine of agility, brightness and devotion to its essence.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Élu - $85 (SRP)

This wine presents with deep shades of reds and purples. Aromas of dark fruit, blackber-ry and black plum combine with elements of espresso, vanillin and molasses, as well as notes of smoky oak and dusty terroir. Flavors of dark plum and cassis follow with anise and toasted barrel attributes. This red blend offers a finely textured silky structure with density and a graceful appeal.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Virtú - $30 (SRP)

Brilliant pale yellow hues present this white blend. Aromas offer notes of pink grapefruit, lemon butter, and kiwi with an undercurrent of seductive toasted French oak. Flavors of kumquat, lemongrass, grapefruit zest, and dried peaches are focused and encouraged with the hint of creamy, toasted oak. This is a terrific wine with great texture.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Rosé - $20 (SRP)

This is a bright and refreshing Rosé, with aromas of raspberry and strawberry that are complemented by hibiscus and rose petal. Raspberry and strawberry flavors continue on the palate and are framed by nuances of pomegranate and watermelon. A balanced wine with a vibrant finish and good mouthfeel.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Moscato - $25 (SRP)

This bright and opulent sweet wine is brilliantly colored in pale yellows with youthful hints of green. The aromas of mandarin and peach blossom dominate, together with marmalade and orange zest. A fruit basket of flavors burst in the mouth, led by rich and exotic peach and nectarine, joined by a citrus undercurrent and an orange peel finish.

2018 Napa Valley, Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc - $35 (SRP)

In the glass, the wine presents with vibrant yellow and green hues. Intense aromas of pink grapefruit and kiwi are met with a hint of pear and anise, balanced with seductive toasted oak char. Rich flavors of kiwi, lime and grapefruit zest on the palate combine while the toasted qualities of the barrel maturation have encouraged a full, rich mouthfeel with a subtle creaminess from sur-lie maturation.
