2026 Estate Luncheon Series featuring The Big Green Egg

Join St. Supéry for this season’s estate luncheon series featuring The Big Green Egg. Enjoy wine and food pairings prepared entirely on the Big Green Egg kamado grill by our Estate Chef Vince Sanchez. Guests will learn how to pair wine with food in a 3-hour, immersive experience. This collaborative lunch demonstrates the ease and versatility of the Big Green EGG complete outdoor cooking system. Each themed lunch focuses on how to use a wide range of cooking options, from High-Temp Grilling, Low & Slow Smoker to Outdoor Oven, while the St. Supéry team will discuss how to pair wines with seasonal produce and fruit as well as a variety of meat and fish depending on the lunch theme. This lunch shows you how to perfectly pair wine and food no matter the season. Event includes reception, grilling demonstration, wine pairings and lunch. Join pitmaster Chef Vince Sanchez for a classic summer barbeque! Guests will gain barbecuing tips, how to pair barbequed meats with both white and red wines, and impress your friends and family at your next summer gathering. 

August 14 & 15 – Feast of Fowl
A feast of fowl to great fall on the grill. Chef Vince Sanchez will create a variety of dishes using duck, guinea hen and quail complementing the latest fall wine releases and estate garden vegetables.

September 4 & 5 – Rustic Ribeye
Gain insights into wine and beef pairings while learning grilling and carving techniques along with creative ways to incorporate other areas of the steer into a festive meal. 

October 16 & 17 – Gather for Thanksgiving
Gather for a pre-holiday season luncheon to learn tips and tricks when preparing grilled turkey as well as insightful twists on sides to delight your family and friends. Raise a glass to harvest with the latest wine releases and plan your holiday celebrations.
