Finalists Announced
St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery would like to wish the following four finalists a huge congratulations on making it to the final round of our Great Sustainable Seafood Tour Recipe Contest!
Emily Falke – Swordfish Steak with Yellow Squash Caponata and Nduja Butter Sauce
Naylet LaRochelle – Roasted Eggplant Apricot Caponata with Smoky Pan Seared Swordfish
Chera Little – Peanut and Chili Pepper Cod with Bok Choy Coconut Simmer Sauce Noodles
Veronica Callaghan – Patagonian Scallop Pizza with Peaches & Prosciutto
The final judging event will take place at the winery on Thursday, September 7th, 2023. Each dish will be prepared by the St. Supéry Estate Culinary Team, led by Chef Vince Sanchez, and served to a panel of judges including Michelin-starred chefs and St. Supéry principals. The judges’ scores will be tallied, and the winner announcement will be made directly following the tasting!
