Winter Crudités with Warm Citrus-Herb Goat Cheese Dip

8 oz. fresh goat cheese, at room temp

2 Tbsp. crème fraiche

2 oz. cream cheese, at room temp

Zest from ½ orange

2 Tbsp. orange juice

½ tsp. chopped fresh thyme

1 tsp. chopped rosemary

1 Tbsp. minced shallot

Salt & pepper to taste

1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Selection of winter crudité veggies


Selection of winter crudité veggies, such as baby carrots, beets, or radishes, rainbow chard stems, celery or celeriac, snap peas, tender kale leaves, fennel bulb cut into wedges.

Mix the first 9 ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake at 325˚ until heated through. Drizzle with olive oil and serve warm, on a platter arranged with a variety of winter vegetables.
